Some Killers have the power to suppress their terror radius and purple stain under certain conditions, enabling them to shock unaware Survivors. Although Survivors can try to escape the hook the first time they're impaled, success is unlikely. If they're hooked a second time, they enter a "wrestle phase", where they must resist the Entity as it makes an attempt to take them out of the sport by performing talent checks till they're either killed or rescued.
